Ben Affleck Estate, Home 2022 and House With Jennifer Lopez

Years ago, actor Ben Affleck listed his three-home Georgia estate for $8.9 million, which included a rustic cabin dubbed the Oyster House, but he recently canceled the sale due to his wedding reception with American singer, actress, and producer Jennifer Lopez.

The Justice League star purchased the 87-acre Hampton Island estate in 2003 while dating Jennifer Lopez, and each of its buildings has a distinct architectural style. The listing features ‘The Big House,’ but it’s the ‘Oyster House’ that piqued our interest.

Oyster House, designed as a five-bedroom guest house, features a ground-floor living room with a soaring atrium at its core, as well as a wrap-around balcony that leads off to private living quarters. The structure is over 10,000 square feet, making it the largest of the three properties, and it features exposed timber beams, walls, and floors, as well as a steel staircase. Two of the bedrooms have bunk beds salvaged from seafaring ships, adding to the vintage feel.

Outside, expansive outdoor terraces overlook the estate and the North Newport River.

Not to be outdone, the estate’s other two properties are equally impressive.

The four-bedroom ‘Big House’ of Affleck is built in the antebellum Greek Revival style. The 6,000-square-foot mansion features Doric columns and shuttered picture windows, as well as film set-like interiors with moulded walls, wide plank floors, and 15-foot-tall ceilings.

The Summer Cottage rounds out the group, with stone floors and pitched ceilings, exposed beams, and a massive country-style brick hearth in the kitchen.

The Savannah estate is now for sale through Engel & Volkers’ Richard Mopper.

Is Jennifer Lopez still seeing Ben Affleck?

Yes they are even about to have wedding reception this month

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are planning a large wedding reception at the actor’s Georgia mansion, which he nearly sold a few years ago.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez will tie the knot with family and friends at the actor’s Georgia estate by the end of the month — the same place he was desperate to sell in 2019.

While the listing made headlines, Affleck quietly pulled the 87-acre estate off the market months before reconnecting with his J Lo nearly two decades after they were first set to marry.

According to public records, the Batman actor listed the Southern plantation-style home for $8.9 million in May 2018.

After nearly a year of sitting on the market with no takers, Affleck reduced the asking price to $7.6 million in March 2019.

It was discovered that Affleck removed the listing on June 30, 2020, only 8 months before allegedly emailing a then-engaged J Lo.

Affleck was first seen sneaking out of J Lo’s house in April, shortly after she called it quits with Alex Rodriguez; however, initial reports claimed the two began communicating months before secretly reuniting.

While she was still engaged to the former Yankee, the Justice League actor allegedly began sending his now-wife romantic emails in February. According to reports, the emails began innocently but quickly escalated with both parties.

J Lo went all in with Affleck after her breakup with A-Rod. Since then, the two have been inseparable, and they made it official with a top-secret wedding in Sin City last weekend.

They are now planning a large wedding celebration at the Georgia estate by the end of the month.

According to court records obtained by TMZ, Lopez and Affleck obtained a marriage license in Clark County, Nevada, which was taken out on Saturday (July 16). Benjamin Geza Affleck and Jennifer Lynn Lopez both have it in their names.

According to a source close to the couple, the much-loved couple did indeed marry, and the license is proof that they are now man and wife.

Affleck and Lopez dropped major hints about their wedding plans a few weeks ago while house hunting with their children.

The couple indicated that they desired a blended family situation. Despite the fact that some of their real estate transactions failed. The newlyweds appear to have settled into a Beverly Hills mansion.

In March 2022, the couple agreed to buy a large estate in prime Bel Air, where they will have plenty of space for their blended family and others. The story was first reported by TMZ. The A-listers’ attention was drawn to a particular property for sale for $65 million.

Avid real estate observers were taken aback by the purchase, especially given that Jennifer Lopez already owns an opulent Bel Air estate, which she purchased from actress Sela Ward a few years ago for $28 million.

Ben Affleck, on the other hand, settled for a $19 million mansion on the Pacific Palisades Riviera. However, the couple was allegedly looking for a new residential start; assuming the deal goes through, they may soon sell their current L.A. home. homes.

The 1.2-acre Bel Air estate in question is almost directly across the street from the main entrance to the opulent Bel Air Country Club. The house was built in the 1930s and designed by renowned architect Paul Williams, though it has clearly undergone significant changes in the nearly nine decades since then.

Todd Lemkin, a hedge fund manager, and his longtime wife Kasey purchased the property in 2016 for $27.6 million. The once-grand estate had been expanded and renovated by previous owners into a not-so-stylish bloated beast of a house at the time of their purchase.

However, the Lemkins later gave the property a full-scale renovation of their own, likely costing millions of dollars, transforming the unwieldy mammoth of a house into a stylish traditional with elegant interiors and impressive views sweeping over the Century City skyline. There are now ten bedrooms and seventeen bathrooms in nearly 20,000 square feet of living space.

According to Drew Fenton and Linda May of Hilton & Hyland, the property also has grandly scaled rooms that open to a massive backyard, as well as a separate guesthouse. There are four kitchens on the property (a main kitchen and catering kitchen in the main house, a third kitchen in the guesthouse, and a full outdoor kitchen/BBQ center in the backyard).

A movie theater, wine cellar, and wood-paneled office are among the other highlights of the three-level home, as is an upstairs master retreat with dual closets and a single bathroom swaddled in a particularly glam species of marble.

A full basement level downstairs includes a media room, gym, and a private “security suite” for a full-time bodyguard. The infinity-edged pool is surrounded by several loggias, fire pits, a putting green, and meticulously manicured gardens.

The Lemkins, on the other hand, had moved from Bel Air to Dallas.
