DABABY HAS ASSAULT CHARGES BROUGHT ON HIS CHILD’S MOTHER, DANILEIGH

Following her altercation with DaBaby, DaniLeigh is facing assault charges.

The R&B singer, born Danielle Curiel, was spotted on DaBaby’s Instagram Live late Sunday night during what appeared to be a domestic fight and is now accused of attacking her baby daddy, DaBaby, twice.

According to reports, Jonathan Kirk, better known by his stage name DaBaby, informed authorities from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department that he had been beaten by DaniLeigh after the “Suge” rapper sought to evict her and their newborn child from his house.

“I gotta record you for my safety,” the Charlotte native said on IG Live after a series of personal arguments and a slew of name calling. “You’re not going to take this Black man down.”

On Instagram Live, he said, “Man, y’all come get her.” He informed supporters that he was calling the cops to have her removed from the premises legally.

Officers visited DaniLeigh’s residence twice and charged her with two counts of simple assault, according to Charlotte PD.

The first occurred on Sunday night, when DaBaby accused the singer of assaulting him, but no arrest was made.

That changed on Monday morning, when they returned to the house in response to DaBaby’s second allegation of domestic abuse.

DaniLeigh was charged with two counts of simple assault for the incidents that occurred on Sunday and Monday after police conducted an investigation.

DaniLeigh was not arrested for the assault charges, as she later shared a photo to her Instagram Story from the inside of a plane. She stated that she and her daughter are safe and no longer reside at DaBaby’s home in Charlotte.

Since the supposed revelation of DaBaby and DaniLeigh’s pairing, romantic rumors regarding their relationship have sparked debate. The couple’s on-again, off-again romance, which is documented on social media, is constantly generating headlines.

We hope they can get the care they need, especially since their daughter was born in August.
