DaBaby Hits With Bottles During Rolling Loud Performance

Despite the bottle flinging, DaBaby appeared to eventually win over the crowd. Fans sang along to every line of “Suge” in one footage of him entering the audience.

DaBaby made inappropriate remarks towards the LGBTQ+ community while performing at Rolling Loud Miami in July. “If you don’t show here today with HIV, AIDS, or any of the other fatal sexually transmitted diseases that will kill you in two to three weeks,” he added, “then light up your cellphone.”

As a result, he was dropped from the lineups of various festivals, including Lolla, Day N Vegas, and Governors Ball. He apologized to the LGBTQ+ community for his “hurtful and disturbing words,” but his social media pages later erased the apology.

He met privately with representatives from HIV awareness organizations after his “cancellation.” Three of the nine organizations he spoke with, however, claim they haven’t heard from DaBaby after the meeting and have never received a donation from him.

DaBaby appeared as a surprise guest during 50 Cent’s set at Rolling Loud New York in October. He’s now on the Rolling Loud-presented “Live Show Killa Tour,” which continues through February 6 in Los Angeles.

In addition to DaBaby, Chris Brown, J. Cole, Kid Cudi, Roddy Ricch, and Future, who brought out Kanye West, performed at Rolling Loud California.
