On November 22, Kanye West and his five-year-old son, Saint West, attended Raymond James Stadium to witness the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeat the New York Giants 30-10.While hanging out in one of the stadium’s VIP suites prior to kickoff, Saint assisted Tom Brady with a little one-on-one warm-up.
Brady proves his skills aren’t confined to the football field in the black-and-white clip filmed and shared by Kanye West on Instagram, as he engages in small talk with Saint while they throw the ball back-and-forth.
At the opening of the two-minute video, Tom says to Saint, “You catch it good.” “Say, Daddy, you’ll have to throw the ball to me all the time now,” Before mentioning his children (boys John, 14, and Benjamin, 11, and daughter Vivian, 8) and how he wants them to play catch with him, Brady adds. “I also want to play catch with my kids, but they say, ‘Dad, I’ve had enough.'”
As a way of repaying the favor, Kanye volunteered to draw with Brady’s middle child, Benjamin, in the following minute. “You may throw a ball with my son, and I’ll draw with yours… From behind the camera, Kanye West added, “I’m a little bit creative,” while his Sunday Service choir sang Drake’s God’s Plan in the backdrop.
Drake, who was tagged in the video with Tom Brady and Kim Kardashian, seemed to appreciate the gesture and expressed his gratitude in the comments with a sparkling heart and crossed fingers emoji.
On December 9, the two will play together at a Free Larry Hoover concert in Los Angeles. Tickets are currently on sale.
