Justin Bieber’s song “Peaches” has broken the record for the most songwriters on a Grammy nominee for Song Of The Year.
In March, Bieber released “Peaches,” a song starring Daniel Caesar and Giveon from his JUSTICE album, which has been nominated for Record Of The Year as well as Song Of The Year, a composers honor, at the 2022 Grammys.
According to Billboard, Justin Bieber’s “Peaches” song has broken a Grammy record in the Song Of The Year category, with 11 songwriters including Louis Bell, Justin Bieber, Giveon Dezmann Evans, Bernard Harvey, Felisha “Fury” King, Matthew Sean Leon, Luis Manuel Martinez Jr., Aaron Simmonds, Ashton Simmonds, Andrew Wotman, and Keevan Yazdani.
Beyoncé previously held the record for having the most songwriters on a single with “Black Parade,” which she shattered last year.
The same record was previously held by Bruno Mars’ “That’s What I Like,” Destiny’s Child’s “Say My Name,” Sheryl Crow’s “All I Wanna Do,” and Christopher Cross’ “Arthur’s Theme.”
