Kanye West is relocating to Malibooyah, Jamaica.
The rich bachelor has purchased a $57.3 million home in Malibu following his divorce from Kim Kardashian. The Brutalist-inspired residence, designed by award-winning Japanese architect Tadao Ando, has 4,000 square feet of living space and coastal views.
The minimalist seaside property was reportedly priced for $75 million until Kanye bought it in an off-market sale, according to Dirt.com. It’s the year’s second-highest amount paid for a Malibu home.
The three-level construction, which is made of 1,200 tons of poured concrete and 200 tons of steel reinforcement, has three guest bedrooms on the ground floor and a living area, kitchen, and powder room on the second story. A penthouse-level bedroom suite and rooftop oceanside patio are located on the top floor.

The property is roughly 30 minutes away from the Hidden Hills mansion the DONDA rapper once resided with his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian, and their four children, and is one of only a few Ando-designed mansions in the United States.
Kanye’s real estate portfolio includes a $14 million ranch in Cody, Wyoming, a Brutalist-inspired condo in Calabasas, and two minimalist condos in New York City, among other properties. He also owns over 300 acres of property in Calabasas, which he used to construct his dome-like houses.
