LIL DURK TOLD MEEK MILL TO VISIT CHICAGO AT HIS OWN RISK

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS — Over the years, Lil Durk and Meek Mill have developed a great connection. During a recent radio interview, Lil Durk recalled about a moment when he was open with Meek Mill, who wanted to drive up beside him and visit Chicago’s O’Block area, where Durkio lived before relocating to Atlanta.

Following the deaths of his brother DThang and protégé King Von, the OTF leader was open and humbly revealed that he’s not sure if his former city is safe for him to go through at times, let alone bringing another well-known rapper into the fold.

“A long time ago, Meek said to me, ‘I’m gon’ come to your hood,’” Durk recounted. “I’m like, ‘At your own peril, man,'” she says. I’m not going to sit here and say, “You good, bro.” You know what I mean when I say I’m not even good?”

Meek Mill and Lil Durk toured together in 2019 and have collaborated on a number of songs, so they may have another hit on their hands come Friday (August 27). Meek Mill stated on Instagram that the highly awaited “Sharing Locations” featuring Durk and Lil Baby would be out this week. Nick Papz, a Dreamchasers beatmaker, produced the single.

@LilBaby @LilDurk, I’m dropping sharing places in Houston. Big Bang! The Hero… The Voice… The Inspiration! He wrote, “Pro by @Nick Papz.”

Earlier in 2021, Meek Mill, Lil Baby, and Lil Durk were photographed filming the video for “Sharing Locations” in Atlanta.
