Lil Nas X Responds To Boosie Badazz Pregnancy Photo Shoot Outrage With An Apology

When Boosie Badazz attacked Dwyane Wade’s transgender child in February 2020, he evidently didn’t learn his lesson. Although he apologized for his transphobic remarks seven months later on an episode of Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson, his wrath over Lil Nas X’s MONTERO ad is apparently uncontrollable.

“NAS X WTF U JUST DONT STOP I THINK HES GOING TO TURN AROUND N SUCK ONE OF HIS BACKGROUND DANCERS DICK ON NATIONAL TV #protectyours #godturninoverinhisgrave,” Boosie tweeted early Friday (September 3).

Lil Nas X was quick to notice, and he responded via Twitter as well.

He wrote, “I apologize to Mr. Boosie.” In the URL below, I’ve given a very comprehensive apology.”

People who visited the site were greeted with a pre-order link for his next MONTERO album, similar to Lil Nas X’s “apology” for his controversial “Satan Shoes.”

As the debut of MONTERO approaches, Lil Nas X is ratcheting up his expert trolling antics. Drake chose to release many photographs of a recent pregnancy photo shoot after mocking Drake’s album cover with 12 pregnant men emojis — and yes, he was the expectant father.

The Grammy Award winner posted a series of images to his Instagram account on Thursday (September 2), showing him wearing a prosthetic tummy, a sheer white suit, and a floral headgear.

In the caption, he wrote, “SURPRISE!” “I can’t believe I’m finally saying something. “MONTERO, my little bundle of joy, is due on September 17, 2021.”

The album MONTERO is Lil Nas X’s first studio release. Doja Cat, Elton John, Megan Thee Stallion, Jack Harlow, and Miley Cyrus are among the project’s special guests. The tracklist, however, sparked some debate after fans pointed out the dearth of Black male performers.

“N-gga ill work w u and frolic in flowery gardens w u singin about my pain,” Kid Cudi tweeted. Lil Nas X answered affirmatively, implying that the MONTERO deluxe version was certainly a possibility.
