Barack Obama has been extremely open about his musical tastes since days as president. He’s posted playlists of favorite music, both old and new, year after year. On Saturday, he resumed his winning streak. He shared his summer playlist for 2021 on Instagram, which includes 38 songs from today’s and yesterday’s best artists.

There’s a lot to celebrate this summer with so many people getting together with family and friends,” Barack wrote. “I put up a playlist of some of the music I’ve been listening to recently – it’s a mix of old and new, well-known artists and up-and-comers, and everything in between.”
