Another lawsuit has been filed in Quavo’s name. A lawsuit has been filed against Quavo for his role in the beating of a limousine driver over the summer, according to TMZ.

The alleged attack occurred in Las Vegas on July 3rd, when a driver stated he was on duty to securely transport the Migos and their entourage from a nightclub to the Virgin Hotel.

The driver claims the altercation started when he forgot a member of his staff inside the nightclub and was “repeatedly kicked and attacked” by the five passengers.

He went on to state that he was instructed to “shut the fuck up” and that a bottle was thrown at him.

The action specifically names Quavo, Migos touring, and the Virgin Hotel, alleging that they did nothing and had their security staff sit on the sidelines while the beating took place.

Migos is no stranger to Las Vegas, having performed as a special guest at Drai’s Nightclub several times throughout the year.

The article does not specify the extent of the damages, but the injured limo driver claims he is still in pain and has been disfigured.

Huncho might be able to utilize some of the money he earned from YK Osiris earlier this week if he had to pay up. Quavo and Osiris purportedly played a one-on-one basketball game, and it appears that the Migos co-leader won the game and the $20,000 reward.
