SNOOP DOGG, KENDRICK LAMAR, MARY J BLIGE TO PERFORM AT SUPER BOWL

Five multi-award-winning singers are set to play at next year’s Super Bowl, including Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, and Mary J Blige.

Superbowl LVI will be held on Sunday, February 13th, 2022, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, and will feature halftime performances by Eminem and his longtime mentor, Dr. Dre.

In a statement, Dr. Dre said, “The opportunity to perform in the Super Bowl LVI half-time show, and to do so in my own backyard, will be one of the biggest joys of my career.” “I’m grateful to Jay-Z, Roc Nation, the NFL, and Pepsi, as well as Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar, for joining me in what will be a once-in-a-lifetime cultural event.”

It will be the first time in 30 years that Super Bowl LVI is held in Los Angeles.

The Weeknd – actual name Abel Tesfaye – performed solo with a choir, band, and dancers at Super Bowl LV in February, joining renowned halftime performances such as BeyoncĂ©, Madonna, Prince, and Stevie Wonder.

Dr. Dre and record executive Jimmy Iovine announced their plans to open a new high school in Los Angeles back in June.
